1 General Terms & Definitions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on CassinoPlus, you must meet the following requirements:

• Only one account may be registered under your own name.
• You must register using accurate, real information — the use of false names, dates of birth, or identities is strictly prohibited.
• You must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number.

After registration, verifying your account via mobile OTP is mandatory. Without verification, deposits and withdrawals will not be available. Members are solely responsible for their account security — your password should never be shared with anyone.

3 KYC & Identity Verification

To make a withdrawal on CassinoPlus, you must first complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Required documents:

• Identity Document: Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement (no older than 3 months).
• Selfie: A clear photo of your face while holding your ID document.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. CassinoPlus may request additional documents at any time. If any inconsistencies are found in your information, your account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on CassinoPlus must be made through approved payment methods. Currently accepted options include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking services and bank transfers.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — funds can only be sent to your own registered payment method.
• To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

CassinoPlus bonuses and promotions are available subject to specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• CassinoPlus reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical error.
• Betting using inside information that could influence the outcome of a match or affect the normal course of play is strictly prohibited.
• In live betting, bets placed on outcomes that have already been determined may be automatically voided due to internet latency.
• In an accumulator bet, if any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CassinoPlus and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Creating an account using someone else's identity or personal information.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using opposing bets (arbitrage) to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or use of software exploits.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of a minor.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

10 Account Closure & Dispute Resolution

Any member may request to close their account at any time. The account will be deactivated and any remaining balance refunded within 48 hours of the request.

CassinoPlus reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• False or misleading information provided during KYC verification.
• If there is suspicion of anti-money laundering law violations.
